Shipping policy

ORDER SHIPMENT:  Thank you for your purchase.  We understand that when you place an order, you want to receive the parts as soon as possible and we do our best to make that happen.  Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking info, please allow up to 24 hours for that information to update and show movement.

Orders are packaged and shipped in the order that they are received, lead time can vary but On The Cushion is currently targeting to ship orders within 2 weeks  of purchase, and they normally take an additional 2 to 3 business days to arrive.

Please note that expedited shipping methods do not automatically ship immediately, they may still have normal handling time before shipment. If expediting an order is crucial, please contact us via phone or email to confirm stock and shipping status before placing the order.
We only ship to the billing address for the card used for payment. If you need to ship elsewhere, please contact us for details.

Orders are processed Mon-Fri during normal business hours. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - Currently On The Cushion is only taking orders from the United States.  If you are seeking our products from outside the United States, please contact us for further assistance.
